Politique d’expédition
Policy version: 29 July 2026 | www.kostr.be
1. Delivery area
KOSTR delivers products to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. Installation and on-site services are generally carried out only in Belgium and are agreed separately by quotation.
2. Delivery methods
The available delivery methods are shown no later than at the start of the ordering process and again at checkout. KOSTR may deliver the order itself or engage an external carrier. The options available may depend on the delivery address and on the size, weight, fragility and nature of the product.
For consumers in Belgium, KOSTR displays the delivery alternatives required by law, unless a statutory exception or an objective product-related reason applies. Any limitation inherent to an exceptionally heavy, large or fragile product is disclosed before the order is placed.
3. Shipping costs
The applicable shipping or delivery charges are stated before the order is finalised or in the quotation. No undisclosed mandatory delivery charges are added after the order has been placed.
4. Processing and delivery times
The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page, at checkout, in the quotation or in the order confirmation. Products that are in stock, ordered specifically for a project or ordered from a manufacturer may have different delivery times. The product-specific or otherwise agreed written delivery time takes precedence.
If no other delivery time has been agreed for a consumer order, KOSTR delivers no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. KOSTR contacts the customer in the event of a material delay. Consumers retain their statutory rights to set an appropriate additional period and, where permitted by law, to terminate the contract.
5. Partial deliveries
An order may arrive in several packages or partial deliveries when products have different availability. KOSTR informs the customer when this affects the schedule or costs. Additional shipping charges that were not disclosed in advance and arise from a partial delivery chosen by KOSTR are not passed on to the consumer.
6. Delivery address and failed delivery
Before placing an order, the customer must check that the name, address, postcode, house number, telephone number and any delivery instructions are correct. Please contact KOSTR as soon as possible if an error is discovered.
Reasonable additional costs arising solely from an incorrect address, a refused delivery or a repeated delivery attempt may be charged to the customer, insofar as this is permitted by law and the customer is informed of the charge in advance or as soon as possible.
7. Risk and receipt
For deliveries to consumers, the risk of loss or damage remains with KOSTR until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Only where the consumer chooses a carrier not offered by KOSTR may the risk pass earlier in accordance with the law.
For professional customers, the transfer of risk is governed by the quotation, order confirmation or Terms & Conditions.
8. Damage, shortages or incorrect delivery
Upon receipt, please check that the number of packages is correct and whether the packaging or products show visible damage. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging and product.
Please report transport damage, a shortage or an incorrect delivery within 48 hours where possible by emailing info.kostrexterior@gmail.com. Prompt notification helps KOSTR preserve evidence for the carrier, but a later notification does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Professional customers must report visible damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries as soon as possible and no later than five working days after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after discovery. A late B2B notification may limit a claim insofar as KOSTR reasonably loses evidence or recourse as a result and the law permits such a limitation.
9. Questions about a delivery
Contact KOSTR at info.kostrexterior@gmail.com or +32 474 21 49 12 and, where possible, include the order number.
